Talin Andonians

As Chief People Officer at Cupertino Electric, Inc. (CEI), Talin Andonians is responsible for organizational development and building a culture that fosters effectiveness, excellence and an incredible experience for both employees and customers. Andonians has spent most of her career working for high-growth companies building scalable operations and leading with a “people first” approach to drive shareholder value.

Prior to joining CEI, Andonians worked for technology, legal services and retail companies designing and implementing people frameworks and operational processes to drive efficiency, while also developing industry-leading execution and quality systems.  Andonians is passionate about developing and growing people, having implemented leadership training programs and serving as a coach and mentor to managers and executives seeking to maximize their impact. In her most recent role, she served as chief operating officer of a technology-enabled services company where she scaled the organization to many multiples that resulted in a successful merger.

Andonians attended the University of Economics in Austria, has completed Wharton Executive Development courses, is a member of Vistage and speaks three languages: English, Armenian and German.
